Care built around your story
Every session is one-on-one with a pelvic health specialist. We take the time to understand you before anything hands-on begins.
60 or 120 minutes depending on complexity
Your first session is about getting to know you — your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals.
Your first session is about getting to know you, including your symptoms, your history, your lifestyle, and your goals. We'll spend real time in conversation before anything hands-on begins.
The evaluation looks different for everyone, but often includes an assessment of your abdominal wall, hips, and pelvic floor. This can be done visually, through external touch, or internally and is always based on what's indicated and what feels right for you. If an internal assessment is part of your evaluation, you'll be walked through every step before it happens. Nothing will catch you off guard.
We'll close the session by going over findings together and building a treatment plan that means something to you.

Every follow-up builds on what we've learned together, adjusting to what's changed and moving toward your goals.
Every follow-up is a continuation of your story. We build on what we've learned together, adjust to what's changed, and keep moving toward what you're working for. Sessions are hands-on, collaborative, and always responsive to you.
Hands-on therapy may include myofascial release, soft tissue massage, cupping and gua sha, and dry needling. Healing support may include red light therapy. Movement and strength work may include therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education. We also address how you move through life with activity analysis, body mechanics, and bowel and bladder habits.

A conversation about your symptoms, physical assessment, and a walkthrough of what to expect before treatment begins.
Your first dry needling session starts with a conversation about your symptoms and a physical assessment of the areas we'll be working with. We'll also walk you through how dry needling works and what to expect before anything begins. From there, we'll place needles, apply electrical stimulation if indicated, and monitor and adjust throughout the session based on how your body is responding.

Check in on your body's response, then place needles and adjust based on what we're seeing.
We'll start by checking in on how your body responded to the last session and noting anything that's shifted. Then we'll place needles, apply electrical stimulation if indicated, and spend the remainder of the session monitoring and adjusting based on what we're seeing.

For low back, SI joint, hip, or sciatic pain during or after pregnancy.
If you're experiencing low back, sacroiliac joint, hip, or sciatic pain, this session is built for you. We'll start with a brief conversation about your symptoms and a hands-on assessment of your low back, SI joint, and posterior hip to locate the source of your discomfort. Treatment focuses on reducing tension and restoring ease of movement, and may draw from soft tissue massage, cupping, gua sha, or dry needling.

For chronic neck and shoulder tension, headaches, migraines, jaw pain, or TMJ dysfunction.
For those experiencing chronic neck and shoulder tension, headaches or migraines, jaw pain, or TMJ dysfunction. This session works with the cranial end of the dural system (the continuous membrane surrounding your brain and spinal cord) by releasing tension through the upper trapezius, neck, suboccipitals, and head.
Treatment may include dry needling of the upper trapezius, suboccipitals, or sternocleidomastoid, gentle cervical traction, and cranial myofascial release. This session is also a natural complement to pelvic floor therapy, as tension in the neck, jaw, and base of the skull can directly influence pelvic floor tone, breathing patterns, and nervous system regulation.
